Refund and Returns Policy

This policy applies to purchases made on anchoreddaily.com, operated by Anchored Daily (Nate Mlambo), Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

1. Digital products

Digital products (digital morning journals, fitness programs, nutrition guides and recipe packs) are delivered by email immediately after checkout. Because access is instant, all digital sales are final once the download link has been delivered, except where a refund is required by law.

If your download link does not arrive, the file will not open, or you were charged twice, email us with your order number and we will fix it or refund you.

2. Physical products (print journals, apparel, mugs, aprons)

  • Damaged, defective or incorrect items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping.
  • Change of mind returns: unused items in original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
  • Made to order items: apparel and print journals are produced when you order. Size exchanges are accepted within 14 days if the item is unworn and unwashed.
  • Original shipping costs are refunded only when the return is due to our error.

3. How to start a return

Use our Returns & Exchanges page or email nate@n808fitness.com with your order number. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval.

4. Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Cancellation Policy for details.

5. Items bought elsewhere

Books bought from other retailers such as Amazon follow that retailer's return policy.
