4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
a. Digital Goods
Due to the instant access nature of digital goods (Reset programs, downloads, PDFs, etc.), all sales are final.
Refunds are not available once access has been granted, except where required by law (e.g., EU 14-day cooling-off period, unless digital content is accessed immediately with consent).
b. Memberships & Subscriptions
Patreon memberships and coaching programs are billed via third-party platforms.
You may cancel anytime through your account settings on the relevant platform.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided.
c. Physical Goods
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days (where applicable).
We do not accept returns for items purchased through third-party partners unless required by law.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
