Welcome to anchoreddaily.com (the "Website"), operated by Anchored Daily, a business owned by Nate Mlambo and based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada ("we," "our," "us"). By accessing the Website or buying our products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Use of the Website

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to make a purchase.
  • You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes.
  • Hacking, scraping, or distributing malicious code is prohibited.

2. Products we sell

  • Digital products: digital morning journals, fitness programs, nutrition guides and recipe packs, delivered by email.
  • Physical products: print journals, apparel, mugs and aprons. Some items are printed and shipped by our production partners.
  • Subscriptions: available on select products and managed from your account.

3. Pricing and payment

  • Prices are set in Canadian dollars (CAD). If you shop from another country, prices may be shown in your local currency, and the amount charged is the amount displayed at checkout.
  • Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.
  • Payment is taken at the time of purchase through Shopify's secure checkout.
  • We may change prices at any time. Changes do not affect orders already placed.

4. Refunds, returns and cancellations

  • Fitness, health and nutrition content is provided for educational purposes only and is not medical advice.
