4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

a. Digital Goods

  • Due to the instant access nature of digital goods (Reset programs, downloads, PDFs, etc.), all sales are final.
  • Refunds are not available once access has been granted, except where required by law (e.g., EU 14-day cooling-off period, unless digital content is accessed immediately with consent).

b. Memberships & Subscriptions

  • Patreon memberships and coaching programs are billed via third-party platforms.

  • You may cancel anytime through your account settings on the relevant platform.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided.

c. Physical Goods

  • If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days (where applicable).
  • We do not accept returns for items purchased through third-party partners unless required by law.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All Website content, including text, graphics, videos, logos, and programs, is owned by Nate Mlambo and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
